What does subscription mean? +
You are purchasing a premium service, which gives you exclusive access to the download section as well as priority support in our ticket system for the duration of your subscription. Whenever required, you will receive support for installation, configuration and use of our software. We will also install the software and adjust the configuration, if you allow us, on your website if we think this will be the quickest way to solve the issue. After the expiration of your subscription everything will continue to work, forever*. However, you will no longer be able to access the download area and ticket system. If you need further support or want to install a newer version you will need to purchase another subscription.
* within reasonable limits such as lifetime of the supported Joomla, PHP, Database version and so on.
On how many websites / domains that I can use the extension? +
You are free to install and use our software on as many websites / domains as you like. Whether you have a personal blog or ecommerce website or you are a web-design agency creating pages for clients. You are free to install our software as you see fit.
If you are creating support tickets on a daily basis, we might remind you of our fair use policy though, which limits support to three different domains per month. Rest assured, we are very patient and don't apply these things too strictly.
